Practical gambling-harm support your organisation can actually use.
Calm & Steady provides lived-experience awareness, prevention and early-intervention packages designed to make gambling harm easier to recognise, talk about and respond to before crisis point.
A clear route for people who may never say “I have a gambling problem” until the damage is already serious.
Calm & Steady can sit alongside safeguarding, student services, HR, EAP, financial wellbeing and existing support as a practical early-intervention layer.
No clinical claims. No treatment claims. Clear signposting and responsible boundaries.
Three settings. Three clear routes.
Awareness and prevention
Age-appropriate gambling-harm awareness, online-risk education, staff briefing, parent/carer information and clear support signposting.
School packagesStudent risk and early intervention
Support around online gambling, payday risk, student money pressure, secrecy, chasing losses and practical routes into help.
College packagesWorkplace awareness and support
Manager awareness, staff resources, adult 30-Day Reset access, internal wellbeing content and strategic pilot options.
Employer packagesSimple enough to approve. Flexible enough to fit the setting.
These packages give organisations a clear starting point. Delivery format, audience size and any additional work can be agreed before booking.

Clear boundaries are part of the offer.
Calm & Steady is not therapy, clinical treatment, crisis support, safeguarding advice, financial advice or debt advice. It is designed to complement appropriate professional, safeguarding, HR, EAP, financial-wellbeing and specialist gambling-harm support.
For schools and under-18s, delivery is limited to awareness, prevention, online-risk education and signposting unless an appropriate safeguarding and professional review supports any wider use.
