What you are buying

The Calm & Steady 30-Day Reset is a £29 self-guided digital programme for adults. It includes downloadable digital materials, a workbook, daily prompts, audio lessons and educational self-help tools. It is not therapy, crisis support, safeguarding advice, debt advice, financial advice or clinical treatment.

Payment

Payment for the 30-Day Reset is processed by Stripe. Calm & Steady does not receive or store your full card details.

Instant access and cancellation rights

After payment, you are given immediate access to the digital programme and downloadable content. By purchasing and accessing the content, you agree that supply begins immediately.

Where you have actively agreed to immediate access and acknowledged this at checkout, you may lose your usual 14-day cancellation right for digital content.

Refunds

Because the programme is supplied as an instant digital download, refunds are not normally available once the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

If your files do not download, access does not work, the files are faulty, or the programme is materially different from what was described, please contact Calm & Steady as soon as possible so the issue can be investigated and resolved.
